This customer comes from Brunei and owns a large-sized garbage disposal plant. He bought a crawler mobile jaw crusher and a crawler mobile impact crusher for recycling building wastes. The finished aggregates are used for making bricks and road base. The steel wastes are recycled for another use. Through conveyors, concretes mixed with steel bars inside are firstly conveyed into mobile jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Then by the de-ironing separator, steel bar are effectively separated out from crushed materials. After, the crushed materials are delivered into mobile impact crusher for secondary crushing, then screened by vibrating screen. Those qualified aggregates will discharge out through conveyors. While, for those unqualified ones, they will come back to mobile impact crusher for third crushing until becoming qualified in size.

The whole plant, with crawler-type mobile jaw crusher and impact crusher equipped in, works quite well. The mobile jaw crusher can easily finish the crushing work. Steel bars are separated out by de-ironing separator. The mobile impact crusher is quite good at secondary or tertiary crushing. The finished aggregates can totally meet the demands.
